Purple Finance has informed that Sonal Vira, HeadInternal Audit designated as Senior Management Personnel (SMP) of the Company has tendered her resignation for better opportunities and career advancement on 16th April, 2025. The said resignation letter is enclosed as Annexure-B. It has further informed that there is no other material reason for the resignation other than the reason mentioned above. The details of changes as required under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations; 2015 Regulations read with SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated 11th November, 2024 is enclosed as Annexure-A.
