In pursuance to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, KIOCL has informed that Ministry of Steel vide its Order No.1/1/2025-BLA dated 15th April, 2025, re-appointed Changdev Sukhadev Kamble as Non-Official Director (Independent Director) on the Board of the company for a period of one-year with effect from the date of notification of his re-appointment, or until orders whichever is earlier. Copy of the re-appointment order is placed at Annexure-I. The details as required under Regulation 30 of SEBI(LODR) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13th, 2023 are provided in Annexure-II. Further, it has confirmed that Changdev Sukhadev Kamble has not been debarred from holding office of Director by virtue of any SEBI order or order of any other authority.
