Marsons has confirmed that as on March 31, 2025, the Company does not fall under the categories as mentioned in ParaNo.2.2 of SEBI circular no. SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/20181/44 dated November 26, 2018 and hence the Company is not 'Large Corporate'.
