UVS Hospitality and Services’ wholly owned subsidiary -- UVS Investment Management Pty has signed a letter of intent by a franchisee to open a new restaurant at Caulfield, Australia on April 16, 2025. Accordingly, the total number of restaurants in Australia are now 6 & India are 4 (including franchise restaurants). The Franchisee Agreement is proposed to be entered between the parties in due course.
UVS Hospitality and Services is venturing in the Food and Beverage space wherein it wants to start with setting up food kiosks in high footfall areas providing customers with a wholesome experience of gastronomy.
