Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2025; and b. To consider declaration of Final Dividend. Further, as informed vide its letter ref. no. BEPL/SEC/2025/62 dated 29th March, 2025, the trading window for dealing in the Company's Equity shares by the designated persons and/or their immediate relatives and connected persons has already been closed with effect from 1st April, 2025 and that the same shall open on 29th April, 2025.
