Virendra Bhatt, Practicing Company Secretary, who was appointed as the Scrutinizer for the aforesaid Postal Ballot process, has submitted his report and the same was declared by the Company Secretary being duly authorised by the Chairman of the Company, on 16th April, 2025 at the Registered Office of the Company.
