Pursuant to SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144 dated November 26, 2018, Goenka Business & Finance has confirmed that the company is not a Large Corporate as per the applicability criteria mentioned in the said Circular. Hence, the requirement of filing the initial disclosure in Annexure-A to the aforesaid Circular for the Financial Year 2025-26 is not applicable. Since the Company is not falling under Large Corporate category for the Financial Year 2025-26, the requirement of filing the Annual Disclosure as mentioned in Annexure - B1 of the said circular for the Financial Year 2025-26 is also not applicable.
