Tata Investment Corporation reports 38% fall in Q4 consolidated net profit

Tata Investment Corporation has reported results for fourth quarter (Q4) and year ended March 31, 2025.

The company has reported a marginal decline in its net profit at Rs 35.2 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 35.26 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. The total income of the company decreased by 7.48% at Rs 51.71 crore for Q4FY25 as compared Rs 55.89 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

On consolidated basis, the company has reported 37.62% fall in its net profit at Rs 37.72 crore for fourth quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 60.47 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. The total income of the company decreased by 71.09% at Rs 16.61 crore for Q4FY25 as compared Rs 57.46 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year. 

For the year ended March 31, 2025, the company has reported marginal fall in its net profit at Rs 282.52 crore as compared to Rs 283.91 crore for the previous year. However, total income of the company increased by 13.58% at Rs 369.48 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 325.31 crore for year ended March 31, 2024.

For the year ended March 31, 2025, on the consolidated basis, the company has reported 18.93% fall in its net profit at Rs 312.09 crore as compared to Rs 384.96 crore for the previous year. Total income of the company decreased by 20.66% at Rs 306.22 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 385.95 crore for year ended March 31, 2024.
