With reference to the Company's intimation dated 17th February, 2025 regarding the purchase of land by Starbigbloc Building Material Limited, a subsidiary of the Company, Bigbloc Construction has informed that the requisite permissions have been duly obtained. Starbigbloc Building Material has successfully received the necessary approvals, including the Town Planning Clearance (TPC), Land Registration, Gram Panchayat approval and the Non-Agricultural (NA) order, for setting up an AAC (Autoclaved Aerated Concrete) plant on the acquired land.
