HMA Agro Industries has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held today, April 22, 2025, has considered and approved the appointment of Gulzeb Ahmed as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Company with effect from April 22, 2025. Further, Gulzeb Ahmed shall continue to hold the position of Chief Financial Officer and Wholetime Director of the Company. The requisite details of his appointment, as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFDPoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, are enclosed as Annexure-A. This disclosure is also being uploaded on the Company’s website at www.hmagroup.co in compliance with the SEBI Listing Regulations.
