Himadri Speciality Chemical, PNC Infratech and Adani Enterprises to see some action today

Himadri Speciality Chemical has completed acquisition of 100% paid-up equity share capital of Elixir Carbo (Target Company), for a total purchase consideration of Rs 7.50 crore in cash, by way of purchase of equity shares from the existing shareholders of the Target Company. Consequent to the said acquisition, Elixir Carbo has become Wholly Owned Subsidiary (WOS) of Himadri Speciality Chemical with effect from April 22, 2025. 

PNC Infratech has been declared L1 (First Lowest) bidder in a project namely ‘Construction of Flyover from Heeradas Chouraha to Kumher Gate Chouraha in Bharatpur City, Bharatpur on EPC Mode’ for a quoted price of Rs 239.94 crore.

Adani Enterprises’ (AEL) wholly-owned subsidiary -- Adani Data Networks (ADNL) has signed definitive agreements with Bharti Airtel and its subsidiary Bharti Hexacom to transfer the rights to use 400 MHz of spectrum in the 26 GHz band. The spectrum covers six telecom circles-- Gujarat (100 MHz), Mumbai (100 MHz), Andhra Pradesh (50 MHz), Rajasthan (50 MHz), Karnataka (50 MHz) and Tamil Nadu (50 MHz). The closing of the transaction is subject to customary statutory approvals.

Indo Farm Equipment has executed a strategic technology transfer agreement with Sichuan Hongsheng Heavy Machinery Co., one of China’s premier manufacturers of construction equipment. This collaboration is facilitated through Beida Commercial & Trade Company. Sichuan Hongsheng will transfer the complete design documentation and associated technical drawings for the Stationary Type Tower Cranes to Indo Farm Equipment. This marks a significant step in Indo Farm’s entry and expansion into the high demand construction and infrastructure equipment space, particularly the tower crane segment.

Bondada Engineering has received a work order worth Rs 5.93 crore from M/s. Dinesh Engineers for supply of 55 number of 40 Mtr towers with all accessories (bolts, nuts fastners etc) to be delivered at Chhattisgarh and Jharkhand.

Bharti Airtel and its Subsidiary, Bharti Hexacom have entered into definitive agreements with Adani Data Networks (ADNL), a subsidiary of Adani Enterprises to acquire rights to use of 400 MHz of spectrum in the 26 GHz band in Gujarat (100 MHz), Mumbai (100 MHz), Andhra Pradesh (50 MHz), Rajasthan (50 MHz), Karnataka (50 MHz) and Tamil Nadu (50 MHz). The closing of the transaction is subject to satisfaction of the standard conditions (including conditions stated in the Spectrum Trading Guidelines) and statutory approval(s).
