Bharat Forge has received approval from Competition Commission of India (CCI) for acquisition of AAM India Manufacturing Corporation after accepting certain voluntary modifications proposed by the companies.
AAM India Manufacturing Corporation is into manufacturing and sale of axles for commercial vehicles in the country.
Bharat Forge is engaged in manufacturing of close die and open die forging, crankshafts, front axle beams, steering knuckle, connecting rods, rocker arm and many more components.
