Orient Cement has informed that B S R & Associates LLP, Chartered Accountants (ICAI Firm Registration number: 116231W/W-100024), the Statutory Auditors of the Company have tendered their resignation vide their letters dated April 22, 2025 informing their inability to continue as the Statutory Auditors of the Company for the reasons mentioned in their letter. A copy of the letter received from B S R & Associates LLP in this regard is enclosed as Annexure A. The Audit Committee and Board of Directors will take note of resignation of statutory Auditors at its upcoming Meetings to be held on April 23, 2024 and will recommend the appointment of new Statutory Auditors for Shareholders’ Approval.
