With reference to SEBI Circular SEB/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144 dated 26th November, 2018, regarding fund raising by Issuance of Debt Securities by Large Entities, UVS Hospitality and Services has confirmed that the Company is not a Large Corporate (LC) as per the applicability criteria given under the said circular. Hence, the company understand that there is no requirement of filing of Initial Disclosure in Annexure A and Annual Disclosure in Annexure B to the said circular for the financial year ended on 31st March, 2025.
