The Lok Sabha was adjourned for the day without transacting much business as TDP and Congress members again protested on the Telangana issue, a day after government moved a motion seeking suspension of 10 members from Andhra Pradesh for stalling the proceedings repeatedly.

As a minister rose to speak, four TDP members and Several Congress members, whose suspension has been sought for the rest of the session from Andhra Pradesh, walked into the well holding placards which read 'We want united Andhra Pradesh'. They also raised slogans demanding justice.

Earlier in July, Congress had taken the decision of formation of separate Telangana state which would be made by dividing the state of Andhra Pradesh, while making Hyderabad a joint capital of the two states.
