Praxis Home Retail has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company vide its resolution passed on April 26, 2025 has approved the allotment of 1,12,500 equity shares of Rs.5/- each to the holders of the stock options upon their exercise under Praxis Employee Stock Option Plan 2021. Consequent to the aforesaid allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company has increased from Rs.67,60,90,920/- divided into 13,52,18,184 equity shares of Rs.5/- each to Rs.67,66,53,420/- divided into 13,53,30,684 equity shares of Rs.5/- each. Relevant details as required to be disclosed under SEBI (Share Based Employee Benefits and Sweat Equity) Regulations, 2021 are given in Annexure 1 enclosed.
