With reference to letter dated 03.03.2025, The India Cements has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today approved the audited annual accounts (both standalone and consolidated) for the year ended 31.03.2025 and standalone and consolidated audited financial results for the quarter and year ended 31.03.2025. The company enclosed Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and year ended 31.03.2025 and Auditors' Report thereon. The audited financial results in the prescribed format will be published in English and Tamil Dailies on 27.04.2025. In terms of Regulation 33(3)(d) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the company has declared that the Statutory Auditors of the Company have issued Audit Reports with unmodified opinion for both Standalone and Consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended 31.03.2025. The Meeting commenced at 12.00 Noon and concluded at 1.10 pm. The date of Annual General Meeting and Book Closure will be intimated separately.
