In response to query regarding delayed intimation of resignation of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer - Reena Bhaskar with effect from 15th February, 2024 and non-submission of her resignation letter on BSE portal, Panafic Industrials has informed that Company has made the said disclosure on 1st March, 2024, under Announcement ID 6928688. Her Resignation letter which was inadvertently not submitted, is enclosed for information and record. They apologized for the delay in submitting the required compliance documents. The delay was primarily due to a lack of adequate professional guidance at the time, which unfortunately affected our ability to meet the filing deadline. They understand the importance of timely compliance and deeply regret any inconvenience this may have caused. They have since taken steps to engage qualified professionals to ensure that such delays do not occur in the future.
