The said company is also subsidiary company of Servotech Renewable Power, in terms of the provisions of Section 2(87) of the Companies Act, 2013.
Servotech Sports and Entertainment has incorporated wholly owned subsidiary to carry on the business of operating, promoting, establishing and improving all kinds of sports and games which may include operating teams, players, franchisees, leagues etc. This company is incorporated as Special purpose Vehicle (SPV) of its holding company.
Servotech Renewable Power System (formerly known as Servotech Power Systems) is engaged in manufacturing and selling inverters, uninterruptible power source products, and servo stabilizers under the SERVOTECH brand name in India, south-east Asia, Africa, Europe, and the Middle East.
