Pursuant to Regulation under reference, we wish to inform that the Board of directors of the Company, at its meeting held today i.e., on April 28, 2025 has designated Meena Kirloskar (DIN: 00286774), Non-Executive & Non-Independent Director of the Company, as the Vice Chairperson of the Company with immediate effect, Kirloskar Electric Company has clarified that, this designation is in addition to Meena Kirloskar existing role as a Non-Executive Director & Non-Independent and there is no change in the category of directorship.
