According to the data released by the NSE, the Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) were net sellers of Rs 30.93 crore in index futures and options segments as per Friday’s data, August 23, 2013.
FIIs were sellers of index futures to the tune of Rs 662.40 crore and they bought index options worth Rs 631.47 crore. In the stock segment, FII’s were net buyers of stock futures worth Rs 800.53 crore, while they sold stock options worth Rs 46.37 crore.
