HG Infra Engineering, Tata Motors and CESC to see some action today

HG Infra Engineering’ wholly owned subsidiary -- H.G. Raipur Visakhapatnam OD-6 has received the provisional completion certificate for a major highway project in Odisha. The project involves the development of a six-lane section from Baunsaguar to Baraja (km 203+000 to km 338+558) on NH-130-CD under the Raipur-Visakhapatnam Economic Corridor. The project was undertaken on a hybrid annuity model (HAM) and awarded by the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI).

Tata Motors is planning to raise upto Rs 500 crore through the issuance of Rated, Listed, Unsecured, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) on a private placement basis. A Meeting of the duly constituted Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 02, 2025, inter alia, to consider and approve the same. 

CESC has entered into a Power Purchase Agreement for 300 MW Wind Solar Hybrid Power Project at a tariff of Rs. 3.81 per kWh with M/s Bhojraj Renewables Energy (a subsidiary of the Company) for a period of 25 years. The said agreement is subject to the approval of West Bengal Electricity Regulatory Commission (WBERC) and shall come into force on the date of approval of WBERC.

Reliance industries has received approval for raising of funds through issuance of listed, secured/unsecured, redeemable non-convertible debentures up to Rs 25,000 crore in one or more tranches, on private placement basis. The Board of Directors of the company in its meeting held on April 25, 2025, has approved the same.

Zinema Media & Entertainment’s board has approved the proposal to acquire up to 60% of the equity share capital of M/s Bontyme Technologies, a company engaged in Focusing on creating a networking platform for media professionals and movie recommendation engine. The acquisition is proposed to be carried out through a share swap arrangement, wherein the shareholders of M/s Bontyme Technologies shall be allotted equity shares of the company on a preferential basis.
