Pursuant to the SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/DDHS/P/CIR/2021/613 dated August 10, 2021 as amended from time to time, in respect of fund raising by issuance of debt securities by ‘Large Corporates’ and disclosures and compliances thereof by such large corporates, Evans Electric has informed that as on 31st March 2025 on last date of financial year, the company is not identified as Large Corporate as per the framework provided in the aforesaid circular. The company has enclosed ‘Annexure A’ in the format prescribed in the said Circular.
