Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Part A, Para B of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Stanley Lifestyles has informed that the Company has decided to revise the mode and frequency of payment of Statutory Bonus to eligible employees. Currently, the Statutory Bonus is disbursed yearly once. Effective from April 2025, the Company proposes to pay the Statutory Bonus on a monthly basis, along with the regular salary/wages. This change is being implemented to streamline payroll processes and provide employees with a more consistent income distribution. The revised approach is in line with internal policy improvements and employee welfare initiatives. This change is operational in nature and is undertaken in the ordinary course of business.
