Essar Group’s realty arm Equinox Realty is planning to sell part of its Rs 3,000 crore investment in commercial and residential spaces before going in for expansion. It is planning to develop a two million sq ft high-end residential project in Bangalore. The company also has a 1.2-million-sq-ft commercial complex project in Mumbai, where it has completed about seven lakh sq ft.
Equinox Realty is a prominent real estate developer based out of Mumbai in India. It is a part of the multinational conglomerate, Essar Group.
