With reference to SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144 dated 26th November, 2018 in respect of fund raising by issuance of debt securities by large Corporate and disclosures and compliances thereof, Chowgule Steamships has informed that the company does not fulfill the criteria specified in Para 2.2. of the abovementioned SEBI Circular as on 31.03.2025 and hence does not fall in the category of ‘Large Corporate’ and cannot be considered as a Large Corporate for the year ended 31st March, 2025.
