With reference to the SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144 dated November 26, 2018 (‘Circular’) in respect of fund raising by issuance of Debt Securities by Large Corporates (LC) and disclosure compliance thereof by the Large Corporates, LGB Forge has confirmed that it is not falling under the criteria as prescribed for Large Corporates (LC) and is ‘not a Large Corporate’ as per the aforesaid circular for the financial year ended March 31, 2025. Hence, the requirement for filing the any Disclosure as mentioned in the above-mentioned circular is not applicable.
