JSW Energy, KP Energy and Lemon Tree Hotels to see some action today

JSW Neo Energy, a wholly owned subsidiary of JSW Energy has signed Pumped Hydro Storage Power Procurement Agreement (PHSPPA) with Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation (UPPCL) for procurement of 1,500 MW / 12,000 MWh of pumped hydro energy storage. The PHSPPA is for supply of energy storage capacity for a period of 40 years where the company will be entitled to receive a fixed capacity charge of Rs 77.2 lakh per MW per annum. 

KP Energy has placed an order for procurement of 20 units of Senvion India’s advanced 4.2WM M160 wind turbine generators, part of the 4XM platform. These turbines will be installed as part of hybrid power project being set up for our esteemed customer in Bharuch district, Gujarat, with deliveries in the fourth quarter of FY 2025–26. The agreement covers the supply and supervision of the wind turbines, along with a comprehensive operations and maintenance contract, ensuring long-term efficiency and reliability of the assets. 

Lemon Tree Hotels has opened new property--Lemon Tree Hotel, Mira Road, Mumbai. This managed hotel is the 13th property of the group in Maharashtra. The fresh and vibrant hotel features 108 well-appointed rooms, Citrus Cafe – a multi-cuisine restaurant, a fitness center, a spa and a swimming pool. The hotel offers meeting and conferencing facilities to meet the requirements of discerning guests.

Ace Infoway, a wholly owned subsidiary of Ace Software Exports has received a contract for the development of the EV Charging Application and Kisok Interface Application from a leading EV Solutions Company based in the United States of America for an aggregate consideration of Rs 2 crore ($239,000). 

Redtape has commenced commercial operations at its newly established online Warehouse and Operations Set-up situated at Tehsil Sahnewal, District Ludhiana. The newly constructed warehouse encompasses a total storage area of 47,700 sq. ft., comprising 44,000 sq. ft. on the Ground Floor and 3,700 sq. ft. on the Mezzanine Floor. This facility is expected to significantly enhance the company's capability to efficiently cater to the delivery requirements of its online shopping customers. 

Aster DM Healthcare has completed the acquisition of a 5 per cent stake in Quality Care India (QCIL) in a deal worth Rs 849 crore. The company has acquired the stake in the firm from BCP Asia II TopCo IV (BCP) and Centella Mauritius Holdings (Centella) through a share swap ahead of Quality Care India. 

Gland Pharma has received approval from the United States Food and Drug Administration (USFDA) for its Abbreviated New Drug Application for Latanoprostene Bunod Ophthalmic Solution, 0.024%. The product is bioequivalent and therapeutically equivalent to the reference listed drug (RLD), VYZULTA Ophthalmic solution, 0.024%, of Bausch and Lomb, Inc. This Product is indicated for the reduction of intraocular pressure (IOP) in patients with open-angle glaucoma or ocular hypertension.
