In accordance with the provision of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Infobeans Technologies has informed that InfoBeans has been awarded with contract for construction of Green IT Park Building and its services at IT Park, Indore (MP) on Design, Build, Finance, Operate, and Transfer (DBFOT) under Public Private Partnership (PPP). A consortium with developer and investor will be formed to execute the project wherein, InfoBeans holds 51% stake as it is expected to occupy half of 4 lakh sq ft green building that is proposed to be built. Further the detailed disclosure as required pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations), as amended from time to time, is exhibited hereunto as Annexure A.
