BSE has executed a Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) on Friday, May 2, 2025, to divest its 100% stake in BSE Institute (BIL) to AV Financial Experts Network, subject to fulfilment of pre-closing obligations. The company will receive a total consideration of Rs 16.90 crore from the sale, which is expected to be completed by May 31, 2025.
BSE owns and operates the BSE exchange platform (formerly, the Bombay Stock Exchange).
