Fruition Venture has informed that it enclosed application for the re-initiation of the reclassification process of promoters under Regulation 31A(10) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (SEBI LODR Regulations). An open offer was made, which opened on 3rd November 2022 and closed on 17th November 2022, resulting in a change in the promoter group of the Company; Pursuant to the open offer, the former promoters - Nitin Jain, Sanhit Jain, and Nitin Jain (HUF) - ceased to be promoters of the Company; The new promoters - Krishan Kumar Aggarwal and Nitin Aggarwal - acquired control of the Company. Given this change in control and the exit of the erstwhile promoters, it had earlier submitted a request for reclassification of the former promoters in an application dated 3rd June, 2023. Also, it has paid the amount of fees which has to be paid.
