Samvardhana Motherson is currently trading at Rs. 138.80, up by 6.40 points or 4.83% from its previous closing of Rs. 132.40 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 133.80 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 139.50 and Rs. 132.60 respectively. So far 298348 shares were traded on the counter.

The company has acquired Baldi via SMP Automotive Produtos Automotivos Do Brasil (SMP Brasil), a 100% subsidiary of Samvardhana Motherson Automotive Systems Group B.V. (SMRP B.V.). SMRP B.V. is a wholly owned subsidiary of the company.
