It enclosed audited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025 along with Auditors’ Reports with unmodified opinions on the aforesaid Audited Financial Results and CFO’s declaration. Disclosure related to large corporate entity is also attached; Considered and recommended final dividend of Rs 2 per equity share (100% of face value of Rs 2 each), for the financial year 2024-25, subject to approval of the members of the Company, which shall be paid within 30 days from the conclusion of the ensuing Annual General Meeting, if approved.
