In continuation to submission of Outcome of Board Meeting dated 5th May, 2025, Gujarat Poly Electronics has informed that it attached disclosure as required pursuant to SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 with respect to: a) Re-appointment of Chokshi & Chokshi LLP, Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No. 101872W/W100045) as the Internal Auditors of Company for FY 2025-26. (Annexure A), b) Appointment of G.M. Kapadia & Co, Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No. 104767W) as the statutory auditors of the company for a term of 5 years from the conclusion of 36th Annual General Meeting to be held in the year 2025 till the conclusion of 41st Annual General Meeting to be held in the year 2030 subject to approval of shareholders in the upcoming annual general meeting of company. (Annexure B), and c) Appointment of Tushar Shridharani, Company Secretary, Mumbai (CP No. 2190) as the secretarial auditor of the company for a term of 5 years from FY 2025-26 till FY 2029-30 subject to approval of shareholders in the upcoming annual general meeting of the company (Annexure C).
