GSB Finance has informed that pursuant to regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Saturday, 10th May, 2025 to consider and approve the audited financial Results of the company for the year ended 31st March, 2025. Further, in continuation to the disclosure on the Closure of Trading Window dated March 31 2025, pursuant to the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and as per the terms of ‘Code for Prohibition of Insider Trading’ of the Company, the Trading window for dealing in Securities of the Company has been closed for Designated persons, Directors, identified Employees, KMPs, Promoter and Promoter Group of the company including immediate relatives of the Designated Persons of the Company and for connected persons from Monday, April 01st 2025 and shall re-open 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended 31 March, 2025, for prevention of insider trading.
