According to the data released by the NSE, the Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) were net sellers of Rs 1873.57 crore in index futures and options segments as per Monday’s data, August 26, 2013.
FIIs were sellers of index futures to the tune of Rs 963.77 crore and they sold index options worth Rs 909.81 crore. In the stock segment, FII’s were net buyers of stock futures worth Rs 570.54 crore, while they sold stock options worth Rs 13.66 crore.
