HEG has further invested in the shares of GrafTech International, a NYSE Listed Company (Graftech), through Secondary Market Transactions/Overseas Portfolio Investment (OPI) scheme of Foreign Exchange Management (Overseas Investment) Rules, 2022.
Total amount invested for this acquisition is Rs 34.59 crore. Post this acquisition the company’s investment in Graftech till date is Rs 283.21 crore. The company stake has been increased from 8.23% to 9.98% through this acquisition.
