With reference to letter dated April 26, 2025, Transgene Biotek has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on May 07, 2025 have resolved as follows: Pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it has enclosed herewith the following: a) Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the fourth quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2025. b) Report of the Auditors on the Audited Financial Results, both for Standalone and Consolidated financial statements for the financial year ended March 31, 2025. c) Declaration pursuant to Regulation 33(3)(d) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 for Consolidated and Standalone Financial Statements for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2025. The meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company commenced at 11.00 am and concluded at 03.30 pm.
