Caplin Point Laboratories has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday, May 15, 2025, to consider and approve the annual audited financial results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2025 (both standalone & consolidated) and declaration of Interim Dividend, if any, for the FY 2024-25 and fixation of record date for determining the eligibility of shareholders. This intimation is being given in compliance with the provisions of Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. As informed earlier vide letter dated March 25, 2025, the trading window for dealing in the Company’s scrips by the Designated Persons commenced on April 1, 2025 and will remain closed till May 17, 2025, in terms of the Company’s Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders, read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
