According to the data released by the NSE, the Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) were net buyers of Rs 88,880.51 crore in index futures and options segments, as per Thursday's data, May 8, 2025.

FIIs were net buyers of index futures to the tune of Rs 1,338.64 crore and net buyers of index options worth Rs 87,541.87 crore. In the stock segment, FII’s were net sellers of stock futures worth Rs 898.30 crore and they bought stock options worth Rs 757.06 crore.
