With reference to the SEBI Master Circular SEBI/HO/DDHS/PoD1/P/CIR/2024/54 dated May 22, 2024 (as amended), regarding Fund raising by issuance of Debt Securities by Large Corporate and disclosure compliance thereof by the Large Corporate. In this regard, RMC Switchgears has confirmed that the company is not a Large Corporate as per the framework and applicability criteria given under the aforesaid circular and therefore compliance under aforesaid circular is not applicable to the Company.
