According to the data released by the NSE, the Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) were net sellers of Rs 682.14 crore in index futures and options segments as per Tuesday’s data, August 27, 2013.
FIIs were sellers of index futures to the tune of Rs 542.15 crore and they sold index options worth Rs 139.99 crore. In the stock segment, FII’s were net buyers of stock futures worth Rs 400.26 crore, while they sold stock options worth Rs 3.38 crore.
