Nibe Ordnance and Maritime has incorporated a subsidiary company in the name of ‘Global Explosives’ on May 10, 2025. The said subsidiary has been incorporated to carry on the business of trading, supplying, dealing in, and exporting of TNT (Trinitrotoluene) plants, including complete plant systems, manufacturing units, machinery, components, tools, instruments, spare parts, and all related equipment; and to engage in all forms of commercial activities connected with the sale, export, transfer, or distribution of such plants and their associated infrastructure, whether independently or through collaboration, dealership, agency, or representation arrangements, in India and in permitted international markets.
Nibe Ordnance and Maritime (Formerly known as Anshuni Commercials) operates a chain of jewellery stores. The company buys and exports cut and polished diamonds.
