Tata Investment Corporation has informed that 88th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company will be held on Tuesday, July 1, 2025, at 11:30 am (IST) through video conferencing / other audio visual means. Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Register of Members and the Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Wednesday, June 11, 2025 to Wednesday, June 18, 2025 for taking record of the Members of the Company for the purpose of the 88th Annual General Meeting (AGM) and payment of dividend subject to tax deducted at source, if approved by the Members of the Company at the AGM. The dividend, if approved by the members at the ensuing AGM will be paid on or after Wednesday, July 2, 2025.
