Further, as required under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the closure of trading window for dealing in the shares of the Company for all designated persons and their immediate relatives, which has commenced from Tuesday, 01.04.2025, shall remain continue until 48 hours from the date of declaration of the Audited financial results of the Company for the Quarter and Year ended March 31, 2025.
