Pursuant to Regulation 44(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Transformers and Rectifiers (India) has sent voting result of 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM) was held on Tuesday, 13th day of May, 2025 at 11:00 am through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM’) as Annexure-A. The company has also sent the Consolidated Scrutinizer’s Report dated 13th May, 2025, 2025 on remote e-voting and e-voting during AGM as received from the Scrutiniser i.e. Tapan Shah, Practicing Company Secretary as Annexure B. The company has informed that the all the Resolutions as set out in the Notice of AGM dated 08th April, 2025, were passed by the shareholders with requisite majority.
