The Standalone Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2025 and the Audited Financial Statements for the year ended March 31, 2025 under Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 along with the Statement of Assets and Liabilities and Cash Flow Statement. b. To consider and adopt the Audited Report issued by the Statutory Auditors of the Company. c. The consider, approve and adopt the Directors Report for the Financial Year 2024- 25 along-with the Management Discussion and Analysis Report, the Corporate Governance Report and Annexures to the Directors Report. d. To approve the day, date and time of the Annual General Meeting of the Company, and fix the date of book closures and other allied matters pertaining to the Annual General Meeting. e.
