Syrma SGS Technology has received approval for incorporating two wholly owned subsidiaries in the name of Syrma Elecomp (SEPL) and Syrma Components (SCPL). Both SEPL & SCPL intend to carry on the business of electronic components, bare printed circuit boards, loading of components onto printed circuit boards and for manufacture of interface cards and other electronic components.
The Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on May 13, 2025, has approved the same.
