East India Drums and Barrels Manufacturing has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, May 28, 2025 to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2025; and Discuss and decide the date for the 44th Annual General Meeting of the Company. Further, in terms of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's internal Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the closure of Trading Window for the purpose of Trading in the Shares of the Company has already been in operation with effect from April 1, 2025 and shall remain closed till May 30, 2025. The trading window shall re-open from June 2, 2025.
