Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/ CFD -PoD1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13th July 2023 and in reference to its intimation dated 20 July, 2023, EFC (I) has informed that, the Company has received ‘No Objection Letter’ from BSE in regards to the Scheme of Arrangement between the company (‘Transferee’) and Whitehills Interior (‘Transferor’), and their respective Shareholders (‘the Scheme’). Wherein BSE have issued a ‘No Adverse Observation’ on the Scheme and approved it. The Stock Exchange Letter is enclosed. The effectiveness of the Scheme will be subject to the approval of National Company Law Tribunal and other necessary approvals as may be required.
